1. We usually mail the samples to our customers with no charge for the first time. Customer can make the purchase based on the quantity of the samples
2. Customer can mail the samples to us as well since we can analyze the detail of the fabrics and the copy the fabric like the samples or based on the specific requirement of customers.

We can get back to our customers with the analysis results within seven business days no matter we can do it or not.

How do I place an sample order?

The sample is customized, so it is time-consuming with high design and manufacture cost. Usually its unit price is multiple times as the price in bulk.

what about the MOQ?

For the fabrics in stock, the MOQ is usually 150 meters or one roll per color & pattern

For the customized fabrics, the MQQ is usually 1000 meters to 1500 meters per color & pattern.

May I know the production time after the down payment is made?

The delivery time for the bulk order is usually 30 days after the down payment is received.

What other services I can get from Amsens fabric?

1. Email the digital catalog to our customers for each season and the brochures for specific purpose like launching new fabrics, fabrics on sale.
2. For any business requirement, we will get back to you within 24 hours no matter we can work with you or not.
3. The after-sales service is also important for us. You may come back to us to get the opinion of fabrics maintenance or any other business supports.
